Main fields of application:
Basic cleaning of starch-coated tableware etc. in dishwashers
Cleaning of laboratory glassware in special wahing machines
Drain cleaning
Characteristics:
neodisher GRM removes all types of food residues. Even residues of
food
and other organic residues which are dried on or hard to remove are
swollen, loosened and dispersed. Starch deposits in particular are
easily
removed from crockery etc. in a basic cleaning process.
neodisher GRM is suitable for use with all levels of water hardness.
China with a fireproof pattern, stainless steel, ordinary plastics and
laboratory glassware are not attacked. neodisher GRM is not suitable
for aluminium, anodised aluminium or light metal alloys.
Application and dosage:
Basic washing of tableware in dishwashers:
neodisher GRM is preferably used for the basic cleaning of tableware
on
which a coating of starch has gradually formed in the course of time.
This
basic cleaning can be performed in a dishwasher.
This application requires the addition of 1 - 3 % neodisher GRM to the
water in the tank, where the cleaning takes place, at 50 - 70 °C.
In a belt-drive machine, neodisher GRM is dissolved in all the tanks
where
the cleaning takes place by manual addition, and the starch-coated
dishes
etc. are passed through
