Universal detergent for
automated dishwashing
Liquid concentrate
Fields of application:

Cleaning of dishes, glasses, cutlery, trays and
working utensils in professional dishwashers in
all food-processing companies, such as
professional kitchens, butcher's shops and
bakeries
Performance spectrum:
•
removes all kinds of food residues, especially
dried-on starch and protein deposits
•
also suitable for cleaning items with coffee and
tea residues
• especially suitable for use with soft to medium
hard water
•
suitable for glass, porcelain, stainless steel and
alkali-compatible synthetic materials
•
not suitable for aluminium, anodised aluminium
and light metal alloys
Special properties:
•
excellent starch removing action
•
with odourless special component for
removing coffee and tea residues without the
formation of unpleasant odours
•
good complexing action
Application and dosage:
neodisher Alka 440 is used in professional
dishwashers. neodisher Alka 440 is dosed via
automatic dosing devices. The dosing amount is
1 - 3 ml/l depending on degree of soiling and water
quality.

The required temperature in the main washing tank
has to meet the demands of local conditions
according to the corresponding laws, regulations and
guidelines, such as e.g. DIN 10510 to 10512 and
DIN 10522.
The temperature in the main washing tank should be
at least 60 °C to ensure sufficient hygiene safety.
When working with hard or salty water a special water
treatment is recommended to achieve optimal
results.
