Main fields of application:
For enhancing the performance of detergent solutions for cleaning
production plants such as
containers, tanks, pipes, heaters and separators via automated CIP
processes resp.
circulation processes as well as for cleaning reusable crates and
containers for transporting
unpacked food in cleaning plants.
Also suitable for removing odorants and colouring agents in the food
and drinks industry.
Used in e.g. the dairy, fish and meat processing industry as well as

Properties:
doscan RV-O plus is a cleaning enhancer mainly based on hydrogen
peroxide, special
surfactants and complexing agents with the following properties
•
reliably and effectively removes stubborn organic soiling
•
good wetting property and accelerated dirt dispersion and
emulsification
•
effectively removes odorants and colouring agents
•
reduces undesired foaming
•
hydrogen peroxide is bio-degradable
•
suitable for oxidation-resistant materials and plastics
•
rubber materials must not be treated with peroxide-containing agents
in a long-
term contact procedure
•
material compatibility depends on the alkaline or acidic basic
components used
