Properties:
doscan RV 4 is a cleaning enhancer with defoaming properties used in
combination
with caustic soda solution or alkaline detergents.
doscan RV 4 contains a highly effective system of complexing agents
for binding
water hardness, dispersants for increasing the dirt carrying and
absorption capability
as well as special active cleaning builders, which accelerate the
dissolution of
deposits and dirt due to their capillary action. A particular
combination of wetting
agents reduces the surface tension of the cleaning solutions, thereby
accelerating
the stripping and emulsification of dirt while at the same time
suppressing unwanted
foam.
The effectiveness of doscan RV 4 is based on the synergetic increase
of the effectiveness
of alkaline cleaning solutions. By this the total cleaning time and
overall alkalinity of the
cleaning solution can be reduced which is advantageous in regard of
sewage disposal
and profitability.
Main fields of application:
doscan RV 4 is used as an additive in the food industry for the
alkaline cleaning of
e.g. heat exchangers, vaporizers, containers, pipes and filling units.
doscan RV 4 can
be used for cleaning processes in cold and hot areas. An example for
the use of
doscan RV 4 in the brewing industry is the application as an add
