therapeutische indicaties:

Treatment of metastatic carcinoma of the ovary after failure of initial or subsequent therapy. Treatment of small cell lung cancer sensitive disease after failure of first line chemotherapy. Topotecan in combination with cisplatin is indicated for the treatment of Stage IV-B recurrent or persistent carcinoma of the cervix which is not amenable to curative treatment with surgery and/or radiation therapy.

א. התרופה תינתן לטיפול במקרים האלה: 1. סרטן שחלה גרורתי לאחר כשל בטיפול קודם בתרופה אחרת המיועדת להתוויה זו. 2. סרטן ריאה מסוג small cell לאחר כשל בטיפול קודם בתרופה אחרת המיועדת להתוויה זו. 3. סרטן גרורתי של צוואר הרחם בשילוב עם Cisplatin. ב. מתן התרופה האמורה ייעשה לפי מרשם של מומחה באונקולוגיה, רופא מומחה בהמטולוגיה או רופא מומחה בגינקולוגיה המטפל באונקולוגיה גינקולוגית.
