Intended for use with analyzers of the STA® line suitable with these reagents, for the quantitative determination of the potentiating effect of unfractionated (UFH) and low molecular weight (LMWH) heparins, and of fondaparinux (FDPX) on antithrombin by measuring in plasma the anti-Xa activity in a competitive system using a synthetic chromogenic substrate.
