A SELECTIVE POST-EMERGENT HERBICIDE FOR GRASS WEED CONTROL IN
BROADLEAF CROPS AND FORESTRY.
ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Contains 360g/L clethodim in the form of an
emulsifiable concentrate
Also contains 582 g/L dearomatised hydrocarbon solvent and 17.5 g/L
calcium dodecylbenzene sulphonate.

HAZARD CLASSIFICATIONS:

QUALIFIED HANDLER This product must be under the control of a
qualified handler during use.
Clethora must not be applied into or onto water.
Clethora must be applied via ground-based method only.
RECORD KEEPING: Records of use as described in NZS 8409 Management of
Agrichemicals must be
kept if using 3 litres or more of Clethora within 24 hours.
FLAMMABILITY
Combustible liquid; keep away from naked flame. No smoking.
WARNING
May be harmful if swallowed and if aspirated into lungs. May cause
skin and eye irritation. May cause
liver damage from repeated oral exposure at high doses.
ECOTOXIC
Harmful to aquatic plants. Avoid contamination of any water supply
with product or empty container.
Very toxic to some plant species. Do not allow drift to occur outside
the target area.
Harmful to terrestrial vertebrates.
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
STORAGE
Keep out of reach of children. Do not store near heat or flame. Store
in original container tightly closed
and in a locked, dry, cool area away from sources of ignition and
foodstuffs. Store in accordance with
NZS 8409 Management of Agrichemicals. Stores containing 100 litres are
subject to signage, 1000 litres
of Clethora require secondary containment and more than 1000 litres
require emergency response
plans. Stores containing 500 litres of GRASIDIM must have at least 2
fire extinguishers.
