For the treatment of neomycin or sulphonamide sensitive bacterial
enteritis in calves, horses,
dogs and cats.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE
Calves, Horses: 30 mL per 25 kg body weight orally daily for 3 to 5
days.
Dogs and Cats: 2 mL per 3 kg body weight orally daily for 3 to 5 days.
Repeat treatment daily until 2 days after symptoms have subsided
except in cases of
salmonellosis where treatment should continue for a minimum of 5
consecutive days.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD:
MEAT: DO NOT USE LESS THAN 14 DAYS (CALVES) OR 28 DAYS (HORSES) BEFORE
SLAUGHTER FOR
HUMAN CONSUMPTION.

HEALTH EFFECTS
ACUTE
Swallowed:
Ingestion of large quantities may lead to nausea and vomiting.
Sensitisation reactions may occur in susceptible individuals.
Eye:
Severely irritating.
Skin:
Moderate to severe irritant. May cause skin rash and sensitisation
reactions in susceptible individuals.
Inhaled:
Does not present an inhalation problem.
CHRONIC
Due to the presence of Sulphadizine, Sulphadimidine and Neomycin
Sulphate, prolonged or
repeated exposure may lead to sensitisation reactions in susceptible
individuals.
FIRST AID
If Poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre,
phone 13 11 26.
