Bagaimana Apo-Metoprolol

Apo-Metoprolol tergolong dalam

sehari.

Dos pengekalan: 150mg hingga

300mg setiap hari.

Dos akan diselenggarakan

mengikut keperluan individu.

Dos yang disyorkan untuk angina

pektoris:

Dos permulaan: 50mg dua kali

sehari.

Dos pengekalan: 200mg setiap

hari.

Dos akan diselenggarakan

mengikut keperluan individu,

tidak melebihi 400 mg / hari.

Metoprolol patut diberikan

sebagai 2 dos yang sama setiap

hari, pada waktu pagi dan petang.

Ikut arahan doktor atau ahli

farmasi anda.

- Berapa lama perlu digunakan

Teruskan penggunaan ubat ini

untuk tempoh masa yang

ditetapkan oleh doktor anda.

Jangan berhenti mengambil Apo-

Metoprolol tanpa terlebih dahulu

berbincang dengan doktor anda.

Menghentikan Apo-Metoprolol

tiba-tiba boleh menyebabkan

keadaan anda menjadi lebih teruk.

Jika terlupa menggunakan

Ambil dos yang tertinggal sebaik

sahaja anda teringat kembali.

Jika sudah hampir masa untuk dos

yang seterusnya, anda tidak perlu

lagi ambil dos yang sudah terlepas.

Hanya ambil dos yang berikutnya.

Jangan menggandakan dos ubat

untuk menggantikan dos yang

tertinggal.

Jika mengambil berlebihan

(terlebih dos)

Jika terlebih dos, dalam semua

jenis kes, terapi penggunaan

metoprolol perlu dihentikan dan

anda harus menghubungi doktor

anda atau pergi ke bahagian

Kesan sampingan

Seperti ubat-ubatan lain, APO-

METOPROLOL boleh memberi

beberapa kesan sampingan.

Kesan-kesan sampingan ini

selalunya bersifat minor dan

sementara. Bagaimanapun,

sesetengah daripadanya mungkin

lebih serius dan memerlukan

rawatan segera.

Kesan-kesan sampingan yang

paling biasa dilaporkan adalah

keletihan, gangguan gastrousus

(cirit-birit, sembelit, loya dan

muntah-muntah). Reaksi buruk

paling teruk dilaporkan adalah

kegagalan jantung kongestif dan

bronkospasma (pengecutan otot

dinding dalam salur pernafasan).
