Apakah kegunaan Apo-Azathioprine

Azathioprine digunakan untuk

menghalang badan daripada menolak

pemindahan organ seperti buah pinggang

dan hati. Ia juga digunakan untuk

merawat gejala di mana kawalan sistem

imuniti adalah diperlukan.

Apo-Azathioprine biasanya diambil

secara kombinasi bersama-sama dengan

ubat lain seperti kortikosteroid atau ubat

imunosupresi yang lain.

Bagaimana Apo-Azathioprine

berfungsi

Apo-Azathioprine mengandungi

azathioprine , iaitu sejenis

imunosupresan. Ia berfungsi dengan

mengurangkan sistem imun badan anda.

Sistem imun membantu menentang

jangkitan badan anda, namun, sistem

imun juga boleh melawan atau

"menolak" organ yang dipindahkan

seperti hati atau buah pinggang. Ini

adalah kerana sistem imun menganggap

organ baru sebagai penceroboh.

Azathioprine digunakan untuk

menghalang badan anda daripada

menolak buah pinggang yang

dipindahkan. Ia juga berfungsi dalam

kes-kes tertentu di mana sistem imun

memerlukan penyelarasan.

Kesan terapeutik Azathioprine

mungkin hanya menonjol selepas

rawatan untuk beberapa minggu atau

bulan.

Jika terlupa menggunakan

Rujuk kepada doktor atau ahli farmasi

anda tentang apa yang perlu dilakukan

jika anda terlupa menggunakan ubat

ini.

Ambil dos yang terlepas sebaik sahaja

anda teringat. Sekiranya sudah hampir

masa untuk dos seterusnya, maka

abaikan dos terlepas dan tunggu untuk

Jika mengambil berlebihan (terlebih

dos)

Hubungi doktor anda dengan segera

atau pergi ke Jabatan Kecemasan

hospital terdekat, jika terambil dos

berlebihan. Ini perlu dilakukan

walaupun tiada sebarang kesan

keracunan atau rasa tidak selesa. Anda

mungkin memerlukan perhatian

perubatan segera.

Ambil ubat anda mengikut arahan

doktor.

Maklumkan kepada semua doktor,

doktor gigi dan ahli farmasi yang

merawat anda bahawa anda sedang

menggunakan Apo-Azathioprine.

Beritahu doktor anda dengan segera

jika anda menjadi hamil semasa

menggunakan ubat ini.

Beritahu doktor anda dengan segera

jika anda mendapati tahi lalat baru,

perubahan dalam tahi lalat yang telah

ada, sebarang ketulan pada badan anda

atau anda rasa tidak sihat. Mungkin

terdapat risiko yang tinggi untuk

mendapat jangkitan atau tumor,

termasuk kanser kulit, di samping

mengambil ubat ini.

Lindungi anda daripada cahaya

matahari ketika menggunakan Apo-

Azathioprine.

Perkara yang tidak boleh dilakukan

Jangan berhenti menggunakan ubat ini

kecuali diarahkan oleh doktor anda.

Jangan mula mengambil sebarang ubat

baru tanpa berbincang dengan doktor

atau ahli farmasi anda.

Jangan berkongsi Apo-Azathioprine

dengan sesiapa, walaupun mereka

mempunyai simptom atau penyakit

yang sama.

Dapatkan bantuan perubatan

kecemasan jika anda mengalami

sebarang tanda-tanda tindak balas

alahan berikut: gatal-gatal; kesukaran

bernafas, bengkak muka, bibir, lidah,

atau tekak.

Anda juga perlu untuk mengelakkan:

Mana-mana vaksin "hidup".

Aktiviti yang boleh meningkatkan

risiko anda mendapat kecederaan

pendarahan.

Berhampiran dengan orang yang sakit
