Characteristics:
niroklar 6000 is a liquid cleaner on the basis of amidosulfone acid
with a high ratio of
special wetting agents. Organic residues like fat and protein are
being infiltrated and
emulsified, mineralic coatings like lime and hardness scale are being
dissolved.
Main fields of application:
niroklar 6000 is suited for virtually all mechanical and manual
cleaning tasks for which the
use of an acid product is of advantage. One special area of
application, for instance, is the
single-phase cleaning of milk collection carriages in recirculation
processes. Application
solutions work defoamingly for approx. 45 °C and above, thus making
the product suitable
for all CIP and circulating processes. It is suitable for surfaces
made from chrome nickel
steel, acid-resistant plastics, and rubber.
Dosage:
Application solutions in the dairy industry range from 0.5 to 1.0 %
within the temperature
range from 55 to 75 °C.
According to the law on food and requisites (LMBG), surfaces that come
into contact with
food must be rinsed with drinking water after each cleaning and
disinfection to remove
residues.
