DIRECTIONS FOR USE
RESTRAINTS:
ONLY to be used in timber which does not come into direct contact with
foodstuffs.
APPLICATION:
Contents for use as dip, spray or vacuum/pressure treatment of wood
products.
Cannot be
used in concentrated form.
DO NOT attempt to use before obtaining technical advice
from the supplier.
To be used diluted in water concentration ranging from 0.6 to 14.0
percent,
depending
on
method
of
application.
Penetration and retention of L-Bor Timber Preservative must adhere to
the guidelines for
Boron preservatives detailed in AS 1604-1997 or where as applicable,
as specified in other
local and state regulations. Hazard Class 1 protection is only given
for this product.
NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE OR IN ANY MANNER CONTRARY TO
THIS LABEL UNLESS AUTHORISED UNDER APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS AND ENVIRONMENT
Do not contaminate streams, rivers or waterways with the chemical or
used containers.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:
L-Bor Timber Preservative is not stable below 30°C.
This product should be transported
to the customer facilitity heated to ensure
full
dissolution of the active ingredient. Upon
arrival, the concentrate must be diluted before storage. DO NOT store
with foodstuffs.
DO NOT use container for any other purpose.

If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with
running water. Continue flushing until advised to
stop by the Poisons Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15
minutes.
SKIN
If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush
skin and hair with running water. Continue
flushing with water until advised to stop by the Poisons Information
Centre or a doctor.
INHALATION
If inhaled, remove from contaminated area. Apply artificial
respiration if not breathing.
INGESTION
For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26
(Australia Wide) or a doctor (at once).

FIRE AND
EXPLOSION
Treat as per requirements for Surrounding Fires: Evacuate area and
contact emergency services. Remain upwind
and notify those downwind of hazard. Wear full protective equipment
including Self Contained Breathing
Apparatus (SCBA) when combating fire. Use waterfog to cool intact
containers and nearby storage areas.
EXTINGUISHING
Prevent contamination of drains or waterways.
