Date of Revision WHAT DERMOPLEX BITE & STING CREAM IS USED FOR Dermoplex Bite & Sting Cream is used for relief of itching and pain, due to minor burns, insect and mosquito bites, minor skin irritations, rashes, shaving, pimples, scrapes and abrasions. It also contains antiseptic to help prevent bacterial contamination skin infection. HOW DERMOPLEX BITE & STING CREAM WORKS Dermoplex Bite & Sting Cream contains cetrimide, camphor, and menthol as active ingredients. Camphor reduces pain and skin irritation. Cetrimide is an antiseptic which help to prevent skin infection. Menthol provides the cooling sensation. BEFORE YOU USE DERMOPLEX BITE & STING CREAM - _When you must not take it _ Do not use Dermoplex Bite & Sting Cream if you are allergic to cetrimide, camphor, menthol or any of the ingredients listed at the end of this leaflet. Do not use this product for children under 2 years of age. It is very dangerous to place any camphor containing product into the nostril of children as there is possibility to cause breathing to stop temporarily towards them. Do not use on broken skin. It is not advisable to use it repetitively or as long term application to the skin. It might cause allergy to take place. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use in body cavities since it contains cetrimide. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the pack or if the packaging is torn or shows signs of tampering.
