The BrainLAB Fixation Pin are stereotactic hardware components that are used for invasive patient fixation with a BrainLAB headring for high positioning accuracy. They are used for CT and or x-ray scan procedures as well as during single fraction radiotherapy, radiosurgery or neurosurgery treatments. The fixation pins are used to fix the main frame of the BrainLAB headring to the patient’s head in a rigid position. The fixation pins are screwed against the skull.
