Zusammensetzung
Clopixol Filmdragées:
Wirkstoff: Zuclopenthixoli dihydrochloridum.
Hilfsstoffe: Kartoffelstärke, Laktose, mikrokristalline Cellulose,
Copovidon, Glycerin, Talk,
Rizinusöl, Magnesiumstearat, Filmüberzug: Hypromellose, Macrogol,
Color: Titandioxid (E171),
Eisenoxid (E172).
Clopixol Tropfen:
Wirkstoff: Zuclopenthixoli dihydrochloridum.
Hilfsstoffe: Alkohol (14.2 Vol.% - 120 mg/ml), gereinigtes Wasser.
Clopixol Acutard:
Wirkstoff: Zuclopenthixoli acetas.
Hilfsstoffe: Mittelkettige, gesättigte Triglyceride.
Clopixol Depot:
Wirkstoff: Zuclopenthixoli decanoas.
Hilfsstoffe: Mittelkettige, gesättigte Triglyceride.
Galenische Form und Wirkstoffmenge pro Einheit
Clopixol Filmdragées zu 2 mg, 10 mg bzw. 25 mg Zuclopenthixol (als
Zuclopenthixoldihydrochlorid). Die Filmdragées sind rund, bikonvex
und von unterschiedlicher
Farbe: 2 mg blass rot/10 mg hell rotbraun/25 mg rotbraun.
Clopixol Tropfen zu 20 mg Zuclopenthixol (als
Zuclopenthixoldihydrochlorid) pro ml Lösung.
20 Tropfen entsprechen 1 ml. Clopixol Tropfen bestehen aus einer
klaren, fast farblosen bis
gelblichen, geruchlosen Lösung mit einem leicht bitteren Geschmack.
Clopixol Acutard Injektionslösung (i.m.) zu 50 mg
Zuclopenthixolacetat pro ml. Clopixol Acutard ist
eine klare hellgelbe Flüssigkeit.
Clopixol Depot Injektionslösung (i.m.) zu 200 mg
Zuclopenthixoldecanoat pro ml. Clopixol Depot
ist eine klare hellgelbe Flüssigkeit.
Indikationen/Anwendungsmöglichkeiten
Clopixol oral (Filmdragées und Tropfen):
Akute und chronische Schizophrenien und andere Psychosen.
Manische Phase der manisch-depressiven Psychosen. Schwere Konfusions-
und Unruhezustände bei
arteriosklerotischen Patienten und bei Oligophrenie.
Clopixol Acutard:
Initialbehandlung akuter Psychosen einschliesslich Manie sowie
Exazerbationen chronischer
Psychosen, insbesondere Schizophrenie.
Clopixol Depot:
Akute und chronische Schizophrenie sowie andere paranoide und
halluzinatorische Synd
