Mucolitico.

Il farmaco agisce con un effetto secretolitico sul

secretobronchiale con conseguente fluidificazione dello stesso.

Migliora laclearance mucociliare incrementando l'attivita' delle

ghiandole sierose.

Si ottiene pertanto una piu' efficace depurazione delle vie

aeree,che si riflette in un miglioramento della funzionalita'

respiratoria enella creazione di un microambiente non favorevole

all'impianto di germi patogeni.

INDICAZIONI

Trattamento delle turbe della secrezione dell'apparato

respiratorio.

CONTROINDICAZIONI/EFFETTI SECONDARI

Ipersensibilita' gia' accertata verso il prodotto o verso la

bromexina.

Gravi alterazioni epatiche e/o renali.

POSOLOGIA

SOMMINISTRAZIONE PER VIA INALATORIA. Fiale da 15 mg: Adulti e

bambinioltre i 5 anni: 1 fiala / 1 fiala e mezza 1-2 volte al

giorno.

Bambinifino a 5 anni: 1 fiala 1-2 volte al giorno.

Via inalatoria: si diluisce il contenuto di una fiala con

altrettanta acqua (2 ml) nell'apposito erogatore.

SCIROPPO ESTEMPORANEO. Adulti: 2 cucchiaini 3 volte al giorno.

Bambini oltre i 5 anni: 1 cucchiaino 3 volte al giorno.

Bambinida 2 a 5 anni: 1/2 cucchiaino 3 volte al giorno.

Bambini sino a 2 anni: 1/2 cucchiaino 2 volte al giorno.

Aggiungere acqua al flacone di granulare sino al livello indicato

(200 ml) ed agitare sino ad ottenere una sospensione sciropposa.

Il misurino annesso dosa, a raso, ml 5 e ml2,5 alla tacca

indicata.

Agitare sempre la sospensione cosi' formata,prima di versare la

dose prescritta nel misurino.

Per la terapia di mantenimento, da instaurarsi 8-10 giorni dopo

l'inizio del trattamento,le dosi potranno essere ridotte, a

giudizio del medico, anche del 50%.

INTERAZIONI

Il farmaco puo' essere vantaggiosamente associato ad antibiotici,

corticosteroidi, diuretici, glicosidi cardioattivi e sostanze di

correnteimpiego nelle broncopatie.

EFFETTI INDESIDERATI

Alle dosi consigliate il farmaco e' ben tollerato.

In qualche caso sono stati osservati nausea, cefalea e disturbi

gastrointestinali.

On 15 August 2011, the Danish Medicines Agency announced that we would begin reassessing the reimbursement status of medicines in ATC group N02A, opioids. The Reimbursement Committee opened its preliminary discussions at its meeting on 23 August 2011 and recommended to include the opioids methadone (N07BC02) and codeine (R05DA04), also used in pain management, in the reassessment of reimbursement status of medicinal products in ATC group N02A.

Clinical studies have called into question the efficacy of glucosamine for the alleviation of painful osteoarthritis. This has contributed to the Danish Medicines Agency’s decision to initiate ad hoc reassessment of glucosamine-containing medicines, which today have general conditional reimbursement when prescribed for the alleviation of symptoms of mild to moderate osteoarthritis and when prescribed to old-age pensioners.
