CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF QUINTOZENE ACTIVE CONSTITUENT APPROVALS,
PRODUCTS CONTAINING
QUINTOZENE AND LABEL APPROVALS OF PRODUCTS CONTAINING QUINTOZENE
Quintozene containing products have been suspended since 9 April 2010
on the basis of human health concerns due to
the potential presence of undeclared dioxin impurities. The current
suspension expires on 14 February 2015.
The APVMA has decided to extend the suspension of the active
constituent approvals for quintozene listed in Table 1
and the product registrations and label approvals of products
containing quintozene listed in Table 2.
