Sadržaj pakiranja i druge informacije

Što je Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopina i za što se koristi?

Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopina je lijek koji sadržava simpatomimetik ksilometazolin. Ksilometazolin

sužava krvne žile u Vašem nosu te smanjuje otečenost sluznice nosa.

Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopina se koristi za:

smanjenje otečenosti sluznice nosa kod prehlade, curenja nosa (vazomotorni rinitis) i alergijskog

rinitisa

olakšavanje pražnjenja sekreta u slučaju upale nosnih šupljina (sinusa) i kataralne upale srednjeg uha

povezane s prehladom

Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopina primjenjuje se za liječenje djece u dobi od 2 do 6 godina.

Obavezno se obratite Vašem liječniku ako se Vaše dijete ne osjeća bolje ili ako se osjeća lošije nakon 5 dana.

Što morate znati prije nego počnete uzimati Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopinu?

Nemojte primjenjivati Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopinu

ako ste alergični na ksilometazolin ili neki drugi sastojak sastojak ovog lijeka (naveden u dijelu 6.)

(osobito konzervans benzalkonijev klorid)

ako imate suhu upalu sluznice nosa (rhinitis sicca)

ako ste nedavno bili podvrgnuti neurokirurškom zahvatu

(transsfenoidalna operacija

hipofize ili bilo koji drugi neurokirurški zahvat s izlaganjem moždanih ovojnica)

u dojenčadi i male djece u dobi do 2 godine.

Upozorenja i mjere opreza

Obratite se Vašem liječniku ili ljekarniku prije nego primijenite ovaj lijek:

ako se liječite inhibitorima monoaminooksidaza (MAO inhibitori) ili drugim lijekovima koji mogu

povisiti krvni tlak (vidjeti dio Drugi lijekovi i Olynth)

ako imate povećani očni tlak, osobito glaukom uskog kuta,

ako imate ozbiljne kardiovaskularne bolesti, (npr. bolest krvnih žila srca i visoki krvni tlak),

ako imate tumor nadbubrežne žlijezde (feokromocitom),

ako imate poremećaje metabolizma kao što je pojačan rad štitnjače i šećerna bolest,

ako imate povećanu prostatu,

ako imate porfiriju (metabolički poremećaj)

Dugotrajna primjena ovog lijeka može dovesti do kroničnog oticanja i naposljetku do stanjivanja (atrofije)

sluznice nosa. Ne smijete lijek primjenjivati dugotrajno, niti doze veće od preporučenih.

Molimo posavjetujte

se sa svojim liječnikom o trajanju liječenja u djece.

Kod prestanka dugoročnog liječenja, prvo se treba prekinuti primjena lijeka u jednu nosnicu pa onda u drugu.

Pričekajte da oteklina splasne prije nego što započnete prekid liječenja u drugoj nosnici tako da se održi

djelomično normalno disanje

Djeca

Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopina ne smije se primjenjivati u dojenčadi i male djece u dobi do 2 godine.

Drugi lijekovi i Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopina

Obavijestite Vašeg liječnika ili ljekarnika ako uzimate, nedavno ste uzeli ili biste mogli uzeti bilo koje druge

lijekove.

Istodobna primjena Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopine i odreĎenih lijekova za liječenje depresije

(inhibitora MAO tranilcipromin tipa ili tricikličkih antidepresiva) ili lijekova koji mogu povisiti krvni tlak

može dovesti do porasta krvnog tlaka zbog učinka ovih lijekova na rad srca i krvotok.

Trudnoća i dojenje

Ako ste trudni ili dojite, mislite da biste mogli biti trudni ili planirate trudnoću, obratite se svom liječniku ili

ljekarniku za savjet prije nego uzmete ovaj lijek.

Lijek se ne smije primjenjivati tijekom trudnoće i tijekom dojenja osim po preporuci Vašeg liječnika i nakon

što je liječnik napravio pažljivu procjenu koristi i rizika jer sigurna primjena tijekom trudnoće i dojenja nije

ustanovljena. Ovaj lijek ne bi trebalo koristiti tijekom dojenja jer nije poznato izlučuje li se u majčino mlijeko.

Upravljanje vozilima i strojevima

Ne očekuje se smanjenje sposobnosti upravljanja vozilima i strojevima ako se lijek koristi u skladu s uputom o

lijeku.

Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopina sadrži benzalkonijev klorid

Benzalkonijev klorid može uzrokovati nadraženost nosne sluznice.

Kako uzimati Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopinu?

Uvijek primijenite ovaj lijek točno onako kako je opisano u ovoj uputi ili kako Vam je rekao Vaš liječnik ili

ljekarnik. Provjerite s Vašim liječnikom ili ljekarnikom ako niste sigurni. Ne smiju se primjenjivati doze veće

od preporučenih niti produživati preporučeno trajanje liječenja.

Doziranje

Djeca u dobi od 2 do 6 godina

1 potisak spreja u svaku nosnicu, prema potrebi, najviše do 3 puta na dan.

Način primjene

Za primjenu u nos.

Upute za primjenu

Skinite zaštitnu kapicu. Prije prve primjene više puta pritisnite potisnik

spreja do pojave jednolično raspršene maglice. Sprej je sada spreman za daljnju

uporabu.

Držite bočicu uspravno. Stavite vrh raspršivača u vašu nosnicu - ne

primjenjujte sprej ispod nosnice.

Jednom pritisnite potisnik spreja. U trenutku raspršivanja udahnite kroz nos. Ponovite postupak s

drugom nosnicom.

Nakon primjene vrh raspršivača treba očistiti i zaštiti kapicom.

Iz higijenskih razloga i zbog sprečavanja širenja zaraza istu bočicu lijeka smije koristiti samo jedna osoba.

Trajanje primjene

Ne koristite ovaj sprej duže od 5 dana, osim ako liječnik nije drugačije preporučio. Lijek se može ponovo

primijeniti nakon stanke od nekoliko dana.

Uvijek se savjetujte s liječnikom o primjeni lijeka u djece.

U bolesnika s kroničnom upalom sluznice nosa lijek se smije primijeniti samo pod liječničkim

nadzorom zbog rizika od stanjivanja nosne sluznice.

Ako uzmete više Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopine nego što ste trebali

Odmah obavijestite svog liječnika, ljekarnika ili najbližu bolnicu i ponesite lijek ili ovu uputu o lijeku sa

sobom.

Ako ste zaboravili uzeti Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopinu

Ako zaboravite uzeti dozu, uzmite je čim se sjetite, ali ako je već došlo vrijeme za slijedeću dozu, preskočite

propuštenu dozu i nastavite kao obično. Nemojte uzimati dvostruku dozu kako bi nadoknadili zaboravljenu.

Ako imate bilo kakvih pitanja u vezi s primjenom ovog lijeka, obratite se Vašem liječniku ili ljekarniku.

Moguće nuspojave

Kao i svi drugi lijekovi i Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopina može izazvati nuspojave, iako ne one neće

pojaviti kod svih osoba.

Odmah prestanite uzimati sprej i potražite medicinsku pomoć ako imate nešto od slijedećeg (mogu biti

znakovi alergijske reakcije):

otežano disanje ili gutanje, oticanje lica, usana, jezika ili grla.

jak svrbež kože, sa crvenim osipom ili uzdignutim neravninama na koži.

Česte (javljaju se u manje od 1 na 10 osoba):

blaga nadraženost (osjećaj žarenja u nosu) osobito u osjetljivih bolesnika

pojačano oticanje sluznice nosa nakon prestanka djelovanja lijeka

Manje česte (javljaju se u manje od 1 na 100 osoba):

ubrzano kucanje srca ili ubrzan puls ili povišenje krvnog tlaka

Rijetko (javljaju se u manje od 1 na 1000 osoba):

nesanica, umor i glavobolja.

Prijavljivanje nuspojava

Ako primijetite bilo koju nuspojavu, potrebno je obavijestiti Vašeg liječnika ili ljekarnika. To uključuje i

svaku moguću nuspojavu koja nije navedena u ovoj uputi. Nuspojave možete prijaviti izravno putem

nacionalnog sustava za prijavu nuspojava: navedenog u Dodatku V.

Prijavljivanjem nuspojava možete pridonijeti u procjeni sigurnosti ovog lijeka.

5.

Kako čuvati Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopinu

Ovaj lijek čuvajte izvan pogleda i dohvata djece!

Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopinu koristiti do 12 tjedana nakon prvog otvaranja.

Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopina se ne smije upotrijebiti nakon isteka roka valjanosti navedenog na

pakiranju. Rok valjanosti traje do posljednjeg dana navedenog mjeseca.

Čuvati na temperaturi ispod 25 °C.

Nikada nemojte nikakve lijekove bacati u otpadne vode ili kućni otpad. Pitajte Vašeg ljekarnika kako baciti

lijekove koje više ne koristite. Ove će mjere pomoći u očuvanju okoliša.

Sadržaj pakiranja i druge informacije

Što Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopina sadrži?

Djelatna tvar je ksilometazolinklorid. Jedan ml spreja za nos, otopine sadrži 0,5 mg ksilometazolinklorida.

Jedan potisak (70 µl) sadrži 0,035 mg ksilometazolinklorida.

Pomoćne tvari su: benzalkonijev klorid, otopina; dinatrijev edetat; natrijev klorid; natrijev dihidrogenfosfat

dihidrat; natrijev hidrogenfosfat dihidrat; sorbitol 70%, tekući, nekristalizirajući; pročišćena voda.

Kako Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos, otopina izgleda i sadržaj pakiranja?

Olynth 0,5 mg/ml sprej za nos je bistra, bezbojna otopina u smeĎoj staklenoj (tip III) bočici koja sadrži 10 ml

otopine s odmjernim plastičnim (polietilen/polipropilen/polioksimetilen) sustavom za raspršivanje i bijelim

polietilenskim zatvaračem, u kutiji.

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. (SPII), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd. is voluntarily recalling three lots of Vecuronium Bromide for Injection, 10 mg (lyophilized powder), and one lot of Vecuronium Bromide for Injection, 20 mg (lyophilized powder) to the hospital level. The Vecuronium Bromide for Injection has been found to contain particulate matter identified as glass.
