Zusammensetzung
Wirkstoff: Idarubicini hydrochloridum.
Hilfsstoffe
Zavedos: Kapselinhalt: Cellulosum microcristallinum, Glyceroli
palmitostearas; Kapselhülle:
Gelatina, Color.: Titanii dioxidum (E171), Ferrum oxidatum (E172).
Zavedos Lyophilisat: Lactosum monohydricum.
Zavedos Solution: Glycerolum, Aqua ad iniectabilia.

Zavedos: Kapseln zu 5 mg und 10 mg Idarubicinhydrochlorid.
5 mg Kapsel: dunkelorange Hartgelatinekapsel (enthält orangefarbenes
Pulver), mit schwarzem
Aufdruck «IDARUBICIN 5».
10 mg Kapsel: dunkelorange und weisse Hartgelatinekapsel (enthält
orangefarbenes Pulver), mit
schwarzem Aufdruck «IDARUBICIN 10».
Zavedos Lyophilisat: Injektionspräparat, Stechampullen zu 5 mg und 10
mg Idarubicinhydrochlorid
(praeparatio cryodesiccata).
Rot-oranger Pulverkuchen/Pulver.
Die rekonstituierte Lösung enthält 1 mg/ml Idarubicinhydrochlorid
(siehe «Hinweise für die
Handhabung»).
Zavedos Solution: lnjektionslösung, Cytosafe Stechampullen zu 5 mg/5
ml, 10 mg/10 ml und
20 mg/20 ml Idarubicinhydrochlorid (Konzentration 1 mg/ml).
Klare, rot-orange sterile Lösung.
Indikationen/Anwendungsmöglichkeiten
Zavedos Lyophilisat, Zavedos Solution (intravenöse Verabreichung)
·Akute myeloische Leukämie in Kombination mit anderen Zytostatika.
·Akute lymphatische Leukämie als Reserve-Arzneimittel in Kombination
mit anderen Zytostatika.
Zavedos, Kapseln
·Remissionsinduktion bei akuter myeloischer Leukämie als Teil von
attenuierten
Kombinationsschemata in der Behandlung älterer Patienten. Die Kapseln
sollen nur angewendet
werden, wenn die intravenöse Gabe aus medizinischen (z.B. schlechte
Venenverhältnisse) oder
psychologischen Gründen (z.B. Verweigerung der i.v.-Therapie) nicht
möglich ist. Sie sollen nicht
für die palliative Therapie eingesetzt werden.
