Main fields of application:
Disinfecting cleaner for surfaces and equipment in professional
kitchens and all food
processing and handling facilities, bakeries and butcher's shops.
Characteristics:
neoquat FF is a disinfecting cleaner based on quaternary ammonium
compounds (QAC). It has
a bactericidal and fungicidal activity. neoquat FF is slightly foaming
and has a neutral odour.
Due to its good cleaning action neoquat FF is highly suitable for use
in professional kitchens
and food processing and handling facilities.
Given its gentle effect on materials neoquat FF is suitable for
surfaces made of nickel
chromium steel, standard steel, light metals and non-ferrous metals
and their alloys as well as
plastics.
Only anodised aluminium should be tested first.
Application and dosage:
neoquat FF can be used with rotating brush machines or high pressure
cleaners or via
wiping.
Application recommendation according to the test methods of the DVG

Under clean conditions (precleaned area) at 20 °C:
Bactericidal activity:
30/60 min, 5 ml/L (0.5 %)
Fungicidal activity:
30/60 min, 1 ml/L (0.1 %)
Work surfaces and equipment which come into contact with food must be
wiped over or
rinsed with water of drinking water quality before being used again.
