Treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) in paediatric patients who have relapsed or are refractory after receiving at least two prior regimens and who are about to undergo transplantation. Safety and efficacy have been assessed in studies of patients < or = 21 years old at initial diagnosis .

א. התרופה תינתן לטיפול בלוקמיה מסוג Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL) בילדים ובמבוגרים העונים על כל אלה: 1. מחלתם חזרה או שהינם רפרקטורים לאחר שני טיפולים קודמים לפחות. 2. מועמדים להשתלת מח עצם אלוגנאית. ב. מתן התרופה האמורה ייעשה לפי מרשם של מומחה באונקולוגיה או רופא מומחה בהמטולוגיה.
