RUMETRACE EZYMIN CATTLE COBALT PILLS
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
DO NOT ADMINISTER TO CATTLE LESS THAN FIVE MONTHS OF AGE
.
Beef Cattle:-
Dose all cattle over 5 months of age with 1 (one) Cobalt Pill.
Repeat dose following veterinary advice. One Cobalt Pill should be
effective for at least 12 months.
Dairy Cattle:-
Dose twice per year with 1 (one) pill. Dose 3 months before calving.
Dose again 3 months after calving .
Heifers should be dosed as for beef cattle (see above).
IMPORTANT
To be effective the Cobalt Pill must be swallowed and lodged in the
rumen. For best results use a Cattle Pill
Applicator to deliver the pill directly into the gullet. In areas
where mineral deposits may coat the pill and
reduce release rates, a steel grinder should also be administered to
maintain the surface of the pill clean and
active. Grinders may be purchased from the suppliers of this product.
Intra-ruminal devices of a heavy
metallic nature (Selenium pills) will also provide a grinding action.
