* Contains Pyridoxal 5-phosphate, which is an active form of Vitamin B6 in the body.

* In the body, the metabolically active form of Vitamin B6 is Pyridoxal 5-phosphate.

* Contains Mecobalamin, one of the active forms of Vitamin B12.

* Contains Hydroxocobalamin, one of the active forms of Vitamin B12.

* Contains active forms of Vitamin B12.

* Contains Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) which is involved in the synthesis of cortisone, acetylcholine and and other adrenal hormones that counteract

the stress response. Pantothenic acid is also essential for carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism.

* Contains nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) which which is involved in DNA replication and repair and fatty acid, cholesterol and steroid hormone synthesis.

Vitamin B3 also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.

* Contains Thiamine (Vitamin B1) which plays a role in nerve function and transmission, is involved in the production of energy in the body and helps the

body to metabolise carbohydrates.

* Contains Biotin which is involved in fatty acid synthesis and the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Biotin also helps to maintain healthy

skin and nails.

* Contains Riboflavin sodium phosphate (Vitamin B2) participates in essential reactions in the body, including the conversion of pyridoxine into its active

form and conversion of folate into its active form through the activation of the enzyme methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR).

* Contains Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (Vitamin B6) which supports normal healthy neurotransmitter and nervous system function as well as normal/healthy

cardiovascular function and in the formation of haemoglobin and the growth of red blood cells.

* Contains Levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) the biologically active form of folate. Folate plays a vital role in the synthesis of DNA and supports healthy

methylation. Folate supports a healthy pregnancy.

* Contains Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) which is one of the active forms of Vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 supports normal/healthy cardiovascular and nervous

system function and is required for red blood cell formation.
