Shake well before use.

Pour the required amount

Back-Up Ill into a bucket containing at least 4

litres of clean water. Stir to completely dissolve all material.

With

running, pour the diluted Back-Up Ill around the edges of the

pool near areas of greatest circulation.

Allow the water to circulate for at least

GENERAL

INSTRUCTIONS

When used

accordance with label directions, Back-Up Ill provides long-lasting

protection against green, black and mustard algae

swimming pools.

Always vacuum leaves and other foreign matter from pool and backwash

filter.

Always adjust pool water

-7.6.

For treating visible algae, use BioGuard MSA™ Ill algaecide as per label

directions.

Metals from source water, ionisers or other copper-based algaecides have

the potential to stain pool surfaces. Treat any existing problems using

BioGuard Pool Magnet™ and BioGuard Quick Clear™ at least 5 days

before using Back-Up Ill.

.STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Store under cover

SAFETY DIRECTIONS

Corrosive. Contains acrylic acid. Harmful if swallowed. Will irritate the eyes,

skin, immediately wash

area with soap and water. If product

eyes, wash it out immediately with water.

Wash hands after use. After each day's use, wash gloves and contaminated

clothing.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES

General advice

Inhalation

Move to fresh air.

Consult a physician after significant exposure.

Skin contact

Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately.

Wash off with soap and plenty of water.

Immediate medical treatment is necessary as untreated wounds from corrosion

of the skin heal slowly and with difficulty.

Eye contact

Small amounts splashed into eyes can cause irreversible tissue damage and

blindness.

In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek

medical advice.

Continue rinsing eyes during transport to hospital.

Remove contact lenses.

Protect unharmed eye.

Keep eye wide open while rinsing.

If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.

Ingestion

Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water.
