With the above information, which is appropriate to our current knowledge we describe

our product regarding possible safety necessities, but we do not involve any quality description

or promise certain properties.

Characteristics:

niroklar 6000 is a liquid cleaner on the basis of amidosulfone acid with a high ratio of

special wetting agents. Organic residues like fat and protein are being infiltrated and

emulsified, mineralic coatings like lime and hardness scale are being dissolved.

Main fields of application:

niroklar 6000 is suited for virtually all mechanical and manual cleaning tasks for which the

use of an acid product is of advantage. One special area of application, for instance, is the

single-phase cleaning of milk collection carriages in recirculation processes. Application

solutions work defoamingly for approx. 45 °C and above, thus making the product suitable

for all CIP and circulating processes. It is suitable for surfaces made from chrome nickel

steel, acid-resistant plastics, and rubber.

Dosage:

Application solutions in the dairy industry range from 0.5 to 1.0 % within the temperature

range from 55 to 75 °C.

According to the law on food and requisites (LMBG), surfaces that come into contact with

food must be rinsed with drinking water after each cleaning and disinfection to remove

residues.

Do not mix with other products.

niroklar 6000 can be used in a controlled , safe and economical manner with our

weigomatic control and dosaging devices. The W-DOS concept, specially developed

by us in-house, is used in all areas of application.

Determining concentration:

To 10 ml niroklar 6000 application solution, 1 – 2 drops of phenolphthalein solution are

added and then titrated with 0.1 N sodium hydroxide solution until the color changes from

colorless to red.

ml of 0.1 N NaOH used x 0.364 = % niroklar 6000

Technical Data:

Appearance: clear, colorless

Density (at 20 °C): approx. 1.27 g/cm

p value (ml of 0.1 N (NaOH) sodium hydroxid solution used in

titration of 400 mg of concentrate against phenolphthalein): approx. –11

pH value (at 20 °C, 1 % in fully deionized water): approx. 2

Ingredients:

Ingredients according to Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 on detergents:

< 5 % anionic and non-ionic surfactants

Storage information:

Protect from frost.

Hazard and precautionary

statements:

For safety information see EC safety data sheets. These are available at www.drweigert.com

under the category “Download”.

If applied according to the instructions for use the product is safe according to the

appropriate guidelines for food processing.

Dispose only when container is empty and closed. For disposal of product residues,

refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet.
