PHARMACEUTICAL FORM: Ear drops, solution Clear, colourless, viscous liquid, with a terebinthinate odour. 4. CLINICAL PARTICULARS: 4. 1 TARGET SPECIES Dogs and cats 4.2 INDICATIONS FOR USE, SPECIFYING THE TARGET SPECIES An aid in the treatment of otitis externa and ear irritation due to non- parasitic cause, including infections. 4.3 CONTRAINDICATIONS Do not use in animals with a perforated ear drum. 4.4 SPECIAL WARNINGS FOR EACH TARGET SPECIES Dogs and Cats i) For external use only ii) The Ear Drops have successfully cured numerous cases of non- parasitic otitis externa and irritation caused by ear wax. However, a veterinary surgeon should be consulted immediately if the cat or dog has a strong smelling discharge from the ear; the pet continually scratches, shakes or tilts its head, or is in obvious pain. Also consult your veterinary surgeon if, during treatment with this preparation, the condition deteriorates, or if discomfort persists after 7 days of treatment.
