Posterior stabilised porous coated femoral component for use in total knee arthroplasty. Accommodates distal and posterior augment options. Open box design allows for additional preservation of distal bone. This component must be used with a tibial tray component and one of 2 posterior stabilised bearing options. Chrome/cobalt/molybdenum alloy open box femoral component for use in knee joint replacement due to 1) painful and disabled knee joint resulting from osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic arthritis where one or more compartments are involved 2) correction of varus, valgus, or posttraumatic deformity 3) correction or revision of unsuccessful osteotomy, arthrodesis, or failure of previous joint replacement procedure The posterior stabilised femoral component is designed for use where the posterior cruciate ligament requires substitution. The porous finish is designed for cementless use.
