Main fields of application: Automated cleaning of flexible endoscopes. Characteristics: neodisher 446 is a pH-neutral detergent based on selected surfactants and other cleaning components which do not have an undesirable effect on sensitive plastics, rubber, latex, adhesives and sealants during machine washing. Flexible endoscopes are reprocessed in a chemical and thermal disinfection process. After cleaning with neodisher 446, a separate chemical and thermal disinfection step follows using the likewise pH-neutral disinfectant neodisher Septo 459. Application and dosage: For the automated cleaning of flexible endoscopes: 0.5 % (5 ml/l at 36 °C - 55 °C) For cleaning manually: In a plunge bath: 3 - 5 % (30 – 50 ml/l) In a ultrasonic bath: 2 % (20 ml/l) The solution must be freshly prepared before each application. The neodisher 446- working solution has to be rinsed off completely (preferably with deionised water). Do not mix with other products. Rinse out dosing system and suction hose with water before changing product. For professional use only.
