Functional description

Undyed short-term absorbable synthetic monofilament suture made of glyconate for the approximation of

soft tissue with a fast healing process. Monosyn Quick is recommended for all soft tissue with a fast

healing approximation.

Intended purpose

Sutures used for the adaptation of soft tissues and mucous membranes, when wound support over a

period of 7 days is considered adequate and where there can be contamination and/or there is particular

sensitivity on account of the localization. The main indications are mucosal sutures in facial and oral

surgery, dermal sutures,particularly in surgery in children, gynaecology and urology.
