What Mili is used for

For fever & relief of mild to moderate

pain.

How Mili works

Mili contains paracetamol, a medicine

which

works

relieving

pain

reducing high temperature and fever.

Before you use Mili

-When you must not use it

take

Allergy alert: Paracetamol may cause

severe skin reactions. Symptoms may

include skin reddening, blisters or rash.

Caution if you have impaired kidney or

liver function. It should also be given

Some medicine and Mili may interfere

with each other. They may be affected by

warfarin (prevent heart attacks, strokes,

and blood clots) and other coumarins

with increased risk of bleeding.

How to use Mili

-How much to use

Always use Mili exactly as your doctor

has prescribed. You should check with

your doctor or pharmacist if in doubt.

The usual dose:

Mili Syrup 120mg/5ml:

Adults:

10 to 15 mg/kg/dose orally every 4 to 6

hours.

Children:

3 months to 1 year:

2.5 to 5 ml/dose.

1 year to 5 years:

5 to 10 ml/dose.

These doses may be given every 4 to 6

hours if necessary up to a maximum of 4

doses in 24 hours

Mili Syrup 250mg/5ml:

Adults

500mg every 4 hours as needed; or 1g

every 4-6 hours up to 4 times a day.

Children:

4-6 years:

250mg every 4-6 hours as

needed.

6-9 years:

375mg every 4-6 hours as

needed

9-12 years:

500mg every 4-6 hours as

needed.

Mili Suspension 250mg/5ml

Above 12 years & adult:

10 - 20 ml/

1 to 5 years:

5 ml/ dose

6 to 12 years:

10 ml/ dose

These doses may be repeated every 4-6

hours when necessary. Maximum of 4

doses in 24 hours.

Take the missed dose as soon as you

medicine and skip the missed dose. Do

Like all medicines, Mili can cause side

effects,

although

everybody

gets

them. If symptoms persist, do not take

the medicine and refer to the doctor. Side
