Consumer Alert - Undeclared Sulfites in “Lily Bulb”

New York State Agriculture Commissioner Richard A. Ball today alerted consumers that the “Lily Bulb” product (photo attached) distributed by Allied Imports Inc. of 267 52nd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11220 was found to contain sulfites, which are not declared on the product label. People who have severe sensitivity to sulfites may run the risk of serious or life-threatening reactions if they consume this product. No illnesses have been reported to date to this Department in connection with this product.

King Bio Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Aquaflora Candida HP9, Lymph Detox, and Baby Teething Liquids Due to Microbial Contamination

King Bio is voluntarily recalling four lots of Aquaflora Candida HP9, Lymph Detox, and Baby Teething liquids to the consumer level. During a routine inspection by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the products were found to contain microbial contaminants Pseudomonas Brenneri, Pseudomonas Fluroescens and Burkholderia Multivorans.

Minister Bruno Bruins voor Medische Zorg en Sport investeert € 70 miljoen in uitkomstgerichte zorg (2018-2022). Uitgangspunt is dat een goede behandeling moet passen bij de persoonlijke situatie van de patiënt. En dat kan voor iedereen anders zijn. "Organic Traditions Shatavari Powder" sold at Choices Markets Yaletown in Vancouver, B.C., contaminated with Salmonella

Health Canada is advising Canadians that one lot of “Organic Traditions Shatavari Powder” is being voluntarily recalled by Advantage Health Matters Inc. Company testing found Salmonella bacteria contamination, which may pose serious health risks. According to Advantage Health Matters Inc., 13 units from the affected lot were distributed. Of the 13 units, only 2 packages, sold at Choices Markets Yaletown (1202 Richards Street) in Vancouver, B.C., have not been recovered.
