APPLICATION :
DUSK LIQUID ALKALI DAIRY DETERGENT is a liquid alkali dairy detergent
for
use every evening for milkstone removal. It is designed to be used in
conjunction with
DAWN LIQUID ACID DAIRY DETERGENT to form the dawn / dusk cleaning
system.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
DUSK LIQUID ALKALI DAIRY DETERGENT is effective in removing soils and
fatty films at 70 deg C. A lower temperature will require a higher
detergent
concentration. A final hot rinse ( 90 deg C ) is required to maintain
a sanitary
condition of the cleaned surfaces. DUSK LIQUID ALKALI DAIRY DETERGENT
ia
part of the recommended cleaning system designed to produce low total
plate counts.
Use in conjunction with DAWN LIQUID ACID DAIRY DETERGENT.
CAUTION : DO NOT use on sensitive metals such as aluminium and zinc.

SECTION 4 – FIRST AID MEASURES
First Aid
Swallowed:
Immediately rinse mouth with water. If swallowed DO NOT induce
vomiting.
Give a 1-3 glasses of water to drink. If vomiting occurs , place
victim head
lower then hips to prevent vomiting entering lungs. Seek immediate
medical
assistance or contact the Poisons Information Centre immediately.
Eye:
If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush continuously with running
water.
