recommended product. In sheep, Nilverm is also effective against benzimidazole resistant and susceptible

Barber's Pole Worm (Haemonchus contortus) and Black Scour Worm (Trichostrongylus spp.), providing they

are sensitive to levamisole.

Internal parasites may develop resistance to drenches (anthelmintics). A drenching programme for your area

should be established with your veterinary advisor. If drench (anthelmintic) failure with this preparation is

suspected, seek veterinary confirmation and notify the manufacturer.

A drench test may be advisable before use.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Contraindications:

This product is contraindicated for use in dogs or horses.

Precautions

Exercise care in handling weak, pregnant and young animals to avoid unnecessary stress.

Avoid yarding animals off-feed overnight, and ensure animals have access to water when yarded prior to drenching.

Friskiness, of short duration, some minutes after treatment may be seen in some animals.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded, except under veterinary supervision.

Dosage and Administration

Nilverm is READY TO USE and requires no mixing, stirring or shaking.

Check the accuracy of drenching equipment before and during drenching.

The solution passes readily through all types of automatic drenching guns. Wash out drenching equipment with water after

use.

Dose rates for SHEEP: 2.5mL per 10 kg liveweight.

Always dose on a liveweight basis. The heaviest sheep in a mob should be weighed. Dose the mob to the heaviest

animal by liveweight in each group (eg. ewes, rams, lambs), do not under dose.
