FIRST AID

SwallowedWash mouth out with water.

EyeFlush out with a gentle stream of clean water for 15 minutes

SkinWash contact areas with water. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before re-use.

InhalationRemove from further exposure.

Ventilation: No special ventilation is recommended under normal conditions of use.

SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION

Storage and Transport:

Protect from light and moisture. Store below 30°C. Containers should be kept closed in storage

and properly labelled. Store only in original containers.

Spills and Disposal: Collect by sweeping and shovelling. Dispose of waste in compliance with

local waste disposal regulations. Wear eye and skin protection and an approved dust mask.

Fire/Explosion Hazard:

Combustible, fumes of calcium oxide are evolved which may irritate the skin eyes and mucous

membrane. Use dry powder, alcohol foam, carbon dioxide (CO2) or water spray as extinguishing

agent.
