Therapeutic indications:
The Attain Command + SureValve outer guide catheters are designed to facilitate lead implantation in the left heart, via the coronary sinus. The device package contains the following components:outer guide catheter with a SureValve integrated hemostasis valve, guide- catheter dilator and valve tools. The left-heart delivery system is intended for introducing transvenous devices and leads into vessels of the left heart via the coronary sinus.
