Charge for 2 hours prior to the 1st use. This will allow the device to operate up to 30 minutes.
Apply your favourite moisture-rich lotion, serum or sheet mask onto face.
Press and hold power button for 2 seconds to turn on.
Relaxation mode will begin on Low with 1 indicator highlighted in blue. Press the power button again to change to Medium or High intensity.
To switch to Fitness mode, press the power button, the indicator will change to red in Low intensity. Press the power button again to desired intensity.
Power off by holding the power button until indicator light switches off.
Both massage modes have 3 levels of intensity to suit your needs - Only need 5 minutes massage once daily - Recommended usage : Adopt a 5:2 fitness regimen. 5 x Massage Days and 2 x Rest Days. - For best results with EMS fitness mode, use with high moisture content skincare products, including sheet masks.

Personal trainer for my faceI’m 41 and recently started noticing skin sagging around my jaw line and on my cheeks so I’ve decided to give Nova Fit a go. I found it very easy to use. Massage mode is oh so relaxing and helps me fall asleep at night. EMS feels energising. It took me a couple of sessions to get used to the tingling sensation but I really like it now.
I never made it to 5 days a week recommended usage – 4 days a week is all I did and I could definitely see the results after a month. My skin is firmer and looks healthier. Expression lines are much softer. Even my work colleagues noticed!
I wholeheartedly recommend Nova Fit!

Feels amazing![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This little device looks a bit like some kind of alien jellyfish thing, but don't let the looks put you off! This face massager feels so nice, the different speeds mean you can adjust it to suit you. It really helped when I had a headache too, gentle massage around my eyes made a huge difference.
Such a great little item, small enough that it could easily fit in your bag when going on holidays or business trips.
Easy to clean, which is great when you have a teenager who wants to use all your stuff! Obviously this face massager is teenage girl approved too.

So relaxing[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this little beauty and I am so unbelievably grateful and happy to be the lucky recipient. I have used this genius contraption 3 times now and it’s been amazing to say the least. Not only does it massage my face in ways my fingers can’t but it’s also help me ward off my pesky weekly migraines. I’m not too sure if the tightening through EMS has been working as only time will tell but in the meantime I’ll happily use this throughout the rest of my life. It’s the best thing ever.

A fabulous multi use product[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being asked to trial the NovaFit was very exciting as I had seen it in Priceline and it had me intrigued.
As I am over 50 my main concerns are fine lines and sagging skin. My upper face is great but my lower face is moving South!
It took me a little while to work out the button and modes on the machine but once I had that sussed I was off :-)
I find using it SO easy and relaxing. 5 minutes whilst watching tv is easy to fit into my day.
I have also found the NovaFit to be brilliant in easing my tension headaches.
I haven't noticed any major improvements to my face yet but are hopeful with further use that I may see some great results.

Your skin feels amazing after the first time and every day you can feel it getting more defined and plumper. You can see the fine lines and pores smoothing out . Dual use!I bought this originally to help with my skin appearance, have also found it to be great for using in two ways.
I use the message settings when cleansing my face, then when I apply a serum, I use it on the EMS settings.
Really works, and definitely helps in not just my appearance, but also my mood!
So much more relaxed.

Tighter, more radiant skin[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only used the Nova Fit about 2 weeks and have noticed less sagging on my skin. Fine lines across my forehead are now not so prominent. It stings a little when used but very much tolerable. Great for longterm results like contouring jawline. Very happy with it and use it almost every night with my creams or serums.
