1. After the detergent wash, sanitise milking machine using “DeLaval Iodophor LF 12”.

2. Sanitise plant using a minimum of 7 litres of warm water (35

C) per cluster. Add 20ml of

“DeLaval Iodophor LF 12” to every 10L or warm water.

3. Rinse milking plant with potable water prior to next milking.

Storage and

Disposal:

Store in closed, original container in a cool, well ventilated area, out of direct sunlight.

Metal drums and plastic containers. Triple or preferably pressure rinse containers before

disposal, adding rinsing to wash tub. Do not dispose of undiluted chemical on site. If

recycling, replace cap and return clean containers to recycler or designated collection point.

If not recycling, break, crush or puncture and bury containers in a local landfill. If no landfill

is available, bury below 500mm in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this

purpose clear of waterways, desirable vegetation and tree roots. Containers and product

should not be burnt.

Refillable containers. Empty contents fully into application equipment. Close all valves and

return to point of supply for refill or storage.

Safety Directions:

Will irritate the eyes, nose and throat and skin. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing.

Do not inhale vapour or spray mist. When preparing product for use, wear elbow length

neoprene gloves and face shield. If clothing becomes contaminated with product, remove

clothing immediately. If product on skin, immediately wash area with soap and water. After

use and before eating, drinking or smoking, wash hands, arms and face thoroughly with

soap and water. After each day's use, wash gloves, face shield and contaminated clothing.

First Aid Instructions:

If poisoning occurs contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre, Phone 131126. If

swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting, give a glass or water. If skin contact occurs, remove

contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly. If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with

water for at least 15 minutes and see a doctor.
