Not to be used as a food container.

Excessive copper concentrations may stain hair and swim wear as well as pool surfaces.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Copper in water acts as a catalyst to reduce the activity of chlorine and bromine. Check chlorine

or bromine levels after applying our product and adjust according to those product’s instructions.

Do add calcium hypochlorite or any alkaline material for 72 hours before or after adding product.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1. Unscrew cap on measuring chamber by half a turn.

2. Squeeze the pack so the liquid fills the measuring chamber to the required level (up to 200ml). Release

the pressure and the excess liquid will flow back into the pack.

3. loosened cap completely and pour contents into the weir skimmer box. Replace the cap and

repeat the procedure if necessary. Ensure that the cap on the measuring chamber is screwed on firmly for storage

INITIAL TREATMENT

The is not critical to results.

Add 200ml of LIQUID ALGAECIDE per 25,000 litres of pool water into the

weir skimmer box. The initial treatment is double the general rate. Turn the filtration system on.

During initial treatment where the growth of blackspot and other wall clinging

algae has been severe, brushing with a stiff brush may be required.

Allow unwanted algea to settle. Vacuum directly to waste.

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

Add 200ml of LIQUID ALGAECIDE per 50,000 litres of pool water into the weir skimmer box

onceper monthfor continuing against unwanted algae.

Filter as normal.

WINTER MAINTENANCE

Use asa winteriserin the non-swimming months to keep pools free of most algae. If the pool is not intended

to be used for bathing, Algaecide Pool Tablets may be used without a sanitiser.

STORAGEAND HANDLING

Keep out of reach of children.

Storethe closed, original container in a cool dry place out of reach of children.

Do not store in direct sunlight,

Dispose of container by wrapping in paper, placing in a plastic bag and place in garbage bin.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS

May irritate eyes and skin. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash hands after use.

FIRST AID

If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre (13 11 26). If swallowed and if more than 15 minutes

from a hospital, induce vomiting, preferably using Ipecac Syrup APF. If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated

clothing and wash skin thoroughly. If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with water for at least 15 minutes and see a doctor.
