Eigenschaften / Wirkungen

Rilexine 200 LC ad us. vet. enthält Cephalexin, ein bakterizid wirkendes Antibiotikum der

Familie der Cephalosporine, das gegen gram-positive und gram-negative Bakterien wirkt.

Rilexine 200 LC ad us. vet. wirkt gegen klinisch bedeutende Bakterien und schliesst

folgende Organismen ein, die häufig bei Rindermastitis auftreten: Staphylokokken,

Streptokokken, Escheria coli.

Pharmakokinetik

Bei intramammärer Verabreichung wird Cephalexin-monohydrat sehr schnell von der

Milchdrüse absorbiert. Die rapide Verteilung des Wirkstoffes innerhalb des Euters wird

durch folgendes begründet:

-Cephalexin ist ein schwach säurebildendes Antibiotikum

-bei einem pH von 6.8 ist Cephalexin zu 36% ionisiert

-der Löslichkeitsgrad von Cephalexin in das Fettgewebe ist hoch

Cephalexin ist nur in begrenztem Masse an Proteine gebunden (10 bis

15%).

Nach der Diffusion von Rilexine 200 LC ad us. vet. in der Milch und im Gewebe sind die

Konzentrationen an Cephalexin im behandelten Euter für einen Zeitraum von 12 Stunden

höher als die minimalen Hemmkonzentrationen der relevanten Keime.

Indikationen

Akute oder chronische Mastitis bei laktierenden Kühen, hervorgerufen durch Cephalexin-

empfindliche Keime.

Dosierung / Anwendung

Erkranktes Euterviertel 4mal im Abstand von 12 Stunden mit dem Inhalt eines Injektors

behandeln. Dazu ist die dem Zitzenkanal angepasste Injektorspitze zu verwenden (kurze

Spitze für empfindliche Zitzen).

Nicht an Tiere verabreichen, die gegenüber Penicillinen überempfindlich sind.

Published on: Wed, 12 Dec 2018 This report of the European Food Safety Authority and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control presents the results of zoonoses monitoring activities carried out in 2017 in 37 European countries (28 Member States (MS) and nine non-MS). Campylobacteriosis was the commonest reported zoonosis and its EU trend for confirmed human cases increasing since 2008 stabilised during 2013–2017.
