Was ist Maxi - Kalz und wofür wird es angewendet?

Maxi-Kalz ist ein Calciumpräparat zur Behandlung von Calciummangelzuständen verschiedener

Ursache.

Zahnwachstum, ebenso wie für die normale Funktion von Nerven und Muskeln. Darüber hinaus wird

Calcium in der Therapie von Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen (Allergien) eingesetzt.

Der tägliche Calciumbedarf liegt zwischen 500 mg und 2000 mg (der höhere Bedarf liegt vor während

der Schwangerschaft, der Stillperiode und der Wachstumsphase). Bei einseitiger Ernährung, bei

besonderen

Was sollten Sie vor der Einnahme von Maxi - Kalz beachten?

Maxi - Kalz darf nicht eingenommen werden,

wenn Sie allergisch gegen Calcium-Ionen als Calciumcarbonat oder einen der in Abschnitt 6

genannten sonstigen Bestandteile dieses Arzneimittels sind.

Warnhinweise und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

Bitte sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker, bevor Sie Maxi - Kalz einnehmen.

Hohe Dosen von Vitamin D sollten während der Calciumtherapie vermieden werden, wenn sie

nicht speziell angezeigt sind.

Vorsicht bei gleichzeitiger Gabe von Mitteln gegen Herzschwäche (Digitalisglykoside).

Wenn Sie an Sarkoidose (einer besonderen Bindegewebserkrankung, die Lunge, Haut und

Gelenke befällt) leiden, fragen Sie Ihren Arzt, bevor Sie die Behandlung mit Maxi - Kalz

beginnen.

Wenn Sie eine eingeschränkte Nierenfunktion oder eine starke Veranlagung für Nierensteine

haben, fragen Sie in diesem Fall Ihren Arzt, bevor Sie mit der Einnahme von Maxi – Kalz

beginnen.

Bei der Anwendung von Calcium bei Osteoporose ist zu beachten, dass Calcium alleine keinen

Kann auch bei Kindern angewendet werden.

Einnahme von Maxi - Kalz zusammen mit anderen Arzneimitteln

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker, wenn Sie andere Arzneimittel einnehmen/anwenden,

kürzlich andere Arzneimittel eingenommen/angewendet haben oder beabsichtigen, andere Arzneimittel

einzunehmen/anzuwenden.

Bei gleichzeitiger Gabe von Mitteln gegen Herzschwäche (Digitalisglykoside) sollte der Arzt

befragt werden, da Calcium die Wirkung dieser Mittel verstärkt und die Verträglichkeit

verschlechtert.

Unter gleichzeitiger Gabe hochdosierten Calciums und Vitamin D mit Verapamil (ein Mittel

gegen Herzrhythmusstörungen) wurde eine Verminderung der Wirkung dieses Medikaments

beobachtet.

Calcium kann die Aufnahme von Fluoridpräparaten (gegen Zahnkaries), Bisphosphonaten

(gegen

Osteoporose),

Tetracyclinen

(gegen

Infektionen)

oder

Eisenpräparaten

(gegen

Blutarmut) aus dem Darm hemmen, daher sollte eine mindestens dreistündige Pause zwischen

der Einnahme eingehalten werden.

Bei gleichzeitiger Einnahme von Mitteln zur Blockierung der Magensäure, die Aluminium

enthalten, kann die Aufnahme von Aluminium in den Körper gesteigert sein.

Vitamin D verstärkt die Calciumaufnahme, cortisonhaltige Medikamente können ebenfalls die

Calciumaufnahme beeinflussen.

Einnahme von Maxi - Kalz zusammen mit Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken

Maxi-Kalz

Lebensmitteln,

Oxalsäure

(Spinat,

Rhabarber) oder Phytinsäure (Kleie, Vollkornprodukte) enthalten, eingenommen werden.

Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit

Wenn Sie schwanger sind oder stillen, oder wenn Sie vermuten, schwanger zu sein, oder beabsichtigen,

schwanger zu werden, fragen Sie vor der Anwendung dieses Arzneimittels Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker

um Rat.

Maxi-Kalz kann während der Schwangerschaft und Stillperiode eingenommen werden.

Verkehrstüchtigkeit und Fähigkeit zum Bedienen von Maschinen

Maxi-Kalz hat keinen Einfluss auf die Verkehrstüchtigkeit und die Fähigkeit zum Bedienen von

Maschinen.

Maxi - Kalz enthält Natrium

Dieses Arzneimittel enthält weniger als 1 mmol Natrium (23 mg) pro Brausetablette, d.h. es ist

nahezu „natriumfrei“.

Wie ist Maxi - Kalz einzunehmen?

Nehmen Sie dieses Arzneimittel immer genau nach Absprache mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker ein.

Fragen Sie bei Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker nach, wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind.

Die folgenden Angaben gelten, soweit Ihnen Ihr Arzt Maxi - Kalz nicht anders verordnet hat. Bitte

halten Sie sich an die Anwendungsvorschriften, da Maxi - Kalz sonst nicht richtig wirken kann.

Dosierung

1 Brausetablette täglich.

Hinweis für Zuckerkranke:

Für Zuckerkranke geeignet, denn die Brausetablette enthält keinen Zucker.

Art und Dauer der Anwendung

Zum Einnehmen nach Auflösen.

Zum Trinken. 1 Brausetablette in einem Glas Wasser (ca. 1/4 l) auflösen.

Die Dauer der Anwendung richtet sich nach dem Grund der Einnahme.

Wenn Sie eine größere Menge von Maxi - Kalz eingenommen haben, als Sie sollten

Wenn Sie mehr Maxi - Kalz eingenommen haben, als Sie sollten, fragen Sie unverzüglich einen Arzt

oder Apotheker.

Anzeichen einer Überdosierung können Appetitverlust, Durst, vermehrte Harnausscheidung, Übelkeit,

Erbrechen und Verstopfung sein.

Wenn Sie fortwährend zu viel Maxi–Kalz 1000 mg - Brausetabletten einnehmen, kann dies zu

Verkalkungen in Gefäßen und inneren Organen führen.

Wenn Sie die Einnahme von Maxi - Kalz vergessen haben

Nehmen Sie nicht die doppelte Menge ein, wenn Sie die vorherige Einnahme vergessen haben.

Welche Nebenwirkungen sind möglich?

Wie alle Arzneimittel kann auch dieses Arzneimittel Nebenwirkungen haben, die aber nicht bei jedem

auftreten müssen.

In seltenen Fällen können allergische Reaktionen wie Juckreiz, Hautausschlag und Urtikaria

auftreten.

Leichte Störungen des Verdauungssystems (z. B. Durchfall, Verstopfung, Blähungen, Übelkeit

oder Magenbeschwerden) sind in seltenen Fällen und bei höheren Dosen zu erwarten.

Sehr selten

In sehr seltenen Fällen wurde von einem erhöhten Calciumgehalt des Blutes (Hyperkalzämie)

und von einer vermehrten Calciumausscheidung im Harn (Hyperkalzurie) berichtet.

Wie ist Maxi - Kalz aufzubewahren?

Bewahren Sie dieses Arzneimittel für Kinder unzugänglich auf.

In der Originalverpackung aufbewahren und das Röhrchen stets gut verschlossen halten, um den Inhalt

vor Feuchtigkeit zu schützen.

Sie dürfen dieses Arzneimittel nach dem auf dem Umkarton/dem Röhrchen nach „Verw. bis“

angegebenen Verfalldatum nicht mehr verwenden. Das Verfalldatum bezieht sich auf den letzten Tag

des angegebenen Monats.

Nach dem ersten Öffnen sind Maxi – Kalz 1000 mg - Brausetabletten 1 Jahr haltbar.

Entsorgen Sie Arzneimittel nicht im Abwasser oder Haushaltsabfall. Fragen Sie Ihren Apotheker, wie

das Arzneimittel zu entsorgen ist, wenn Sie es nicht mehr verwenden. Sie tragen damit zum Schutz der

Umwelt bei.

Was Maxi - Kalz enthält

Der Wirkstoff ist: Calcium-Ionen als Calciumcarbonat

1 Brausetablette enthält 1000 mg Calcium-Ionen als Calciumcarbonat.

Wie Maxi - Kalz aussieht und Inhalt der Packung

Weiße, runde, flache Brausetabletten mit Zitronengeruch.

In Wasser lösen sie sich binnen 5 Minuten zu einer farblosen, klaren bis leicht schillernden Lösung auf,

die noch kleine Tablettenreste enthalten kann und ebenfalls Zitronengeruch aufweist.

Polypropylenröhrchen mit weißen Polyethylenstopfen á 10, 20, 3 x 10 Stück.

Überdosierung

Eine akute Überdosierung wurde nicht berichtet. Jedoch kann eine Überdosierung zu Hypervitaminose

und Hyperkalzämie, v.a. bei Patienten die gleichzeitig hohe Dosen Vitamin D erhalten, führen.

Symptome einer Überdosierung:

Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Polydipsie, Polyurie und Obstipation.

Behandlung einer Überdosierung:

Die Behandlung mit Calcium und Vitamin D ist zu unterbrechen und Rehydration.

Bei Hyperkalzämie können Herzrhythmusstörungen auftreten. Bei Hyperphosphatämie kommt es bei

gleichzeitiger Hyperkalzämie zu Konkrementbildungen.
