Wirkstoff: Amoxicillin-Trihydrat; entspricht 150 mg Amoxicillin.

Sonstige Bestandteile:

Butylhydroxytoluol, Tetraglykol Propylenglykol, Octanoat Decanoat.

ANWENDUNGSGEBIETE

Zur Behandlung von Infektionen, die von grampositiven und/oder gramnegativen, gegenüber

Amoxicillin empfindlichen Keimen hervorgerufen werden, entsprechend der Fähigkeit des

Antibiotikums, aufgrund seiner pharmakokinetischen Angaben den infizierten Bereich in wirksamer

Konzentration zu erreichen.

GEGENANZEIGEN

Nicht anwenden bei:

Infektionen die von

Penicillinase-produzierenden Bakterien

hervorgerufen sind

bekannter Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber Amoxicillin, Penicilline, Cephalosporine oder

einem der sonstigen Bestandteile.

schweren Nierenfunktionsstorungen

Nicht anwenden bei Lagomorphen und Nagetieren sowie Kaninchen, Meerschweinchen, Hamstern

oder Wüstenrennmäusen.

NEBENWIRKUNGEN

Anaphylaxie (Überempfindlichkeit) und allergische Reaktionen.

Falls Sie Nebenwirkungen, insbesondere solche, die nicht in der Packungsbeilage aufgeführt sind, bei

Ihrem Tier feststellen, oder falls Sie vermuten, dass das Tierarzneimittel nicht gewirkt hat, teilen Sie

dies bitte Ihrem Tierarzt mit.

DOSIERUNG FÜR JEDE TIERART, ART UND DAUER DER ANWENDUNG

lntramuskuläre Injektion.

Einmal täglich 15 mg/kg Körpergewicht (1 ml des Tierarzneimittels pro 10 kg Körpergewicht) für 3

Tage.

HINWEISE FÜR DIE RICHTIGE ANWENDUNG

Um eine korrekte Dosierung zu gewährleisten und eine Unterdosierung zu vermeiden, sollte das

Gewicht der Tiere so genau wie möglich bestimmt werden.

Essbare Gewebe: 53 Tage.

BESONDERE LAGERUNGSHINWEISE

Nicht über 25°C lagern. Vor Licht schützen.

Arzneimittel unzugänglich für Kinder aufbewahren.

Haltbarkeit nach dem ersten Öffnen des Behältnisses: 28 Tage.

Sie dürfen das Tierarzneimittel nach dem auf dem Etikett angegebenen Verfalldatum nach

dem EXP nicht mehr anwenden.

BESONDERE WARNHINWEISE

Besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für die Anwendung bei Tieren:

Die Auswahl der Antibiotika-Resistenz ändert sich im Laufe der Zeit in einigen pathogenen

Mikroorganismen; Die Verwendung des Tierarzneimittels sollte sich auf Empfindlichkeitsprüfungen

(Antibiogramm) basieren.

Eine von den Angaben in der (wissenschaftlichen) Gebrauchsinformation abweichende Anwendung

kann die Prävalenz von gegen Amoxicillin resistenten Bakterien erhöhen und die Wirksamkeit von

Behandlungen mit anderen Beta-Laktam-Antibiotika herabsetzen, wegen der Möglichkeit einer

Kreuzresistenz.

Besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für den Anwender:

Penicilline und Cephalosporine können nach Injektion, Inhalation, Einnahme oder Hautkontakt

Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen (Allergien) auslösen. Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber Penicilline

kann zu Kreuz-Hypersensitivität gegen Cephalosporine führen und umgekehrt. Die allergischen

Reaktionen auf diese Substanzen können gelegentlich schwerwiegend sein.

Vermeiden Sie die Handhabung dieses Tierarzneimittels, wenn Sie wissen, dass Sie allergisch dagegen

sind, oder wenn Ihnen geraten wurde, nicht mit Substanzen dieser Art in Kontakt zu kommen.

Gehen Sie mit dem Tierarzneimittel vorsichtig um und befolgen Sie alle empfohlenen

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, um eine Exposition gegenüber dem Tierazneimittel zu vermeiden.

Wenn nach einer Exposition Hautausschlag auftretet, ist ein Arzt zu Rate zu ziehen und dieser

Warnhinweis vorzulegen. Schwellungen des Gesichts, der Lippen oder Augenlider sowie

Atemschwierigkeiten sind ernstere Symptome, die sofortiger ärztlicher Pflege erfordern.

Nach der Anwendung die Hände waschen.

Nicht Essen, trinken, rauchen während die Handhabung des Tierarzneimittel.

Bei Kontakt mit den Augen oder der Haut sofort gründlich mit Wasser spülen.

Trächtigkeit und Laktation:

Kann während der Trächtigkeit angewendet werden.

Wechselwirkungen mit anderen Arzneimitteln und andere Wechselwirkungen:

Nicht gleichzeitig mit Chemotherapeutika mit einer bakteriostatischen Aktivität verabreichen

(antagonistische Wirkung möglich).

Überdosierung (Symptome, Notfallmaßnahmen, Gegenmittel):

Behandlung im Fall von Überdosierung:

Anaphylaxie: Adrenalin und/oder Kortikoide i.m. oder i.v. verabreichen.

Allergische Reaktionen: Antihistaminika und/oder Kortikoide.

Inkompatibilitäten:

Nicht mit anderen Tierarzneimitteln mischen.

BESONDERE VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN FÜR DIE ENTSORGUNG VON NICHT

VERWENDETEM ARZNEIMITTEL ODER VON ABFALLMATERIALIEN, SOFERN

ERFORDERLICH

Nicht verwendete Tierarzneimittel oder davon stammende Abfallmaterialien sind entsprechend den

örtlichen Vorschriften zu entsorgen.

Arzneimittel sollten nicht über das Abwasser oder den Haushaltsabfall entsorgt werden.

Fragen Sie Ihren Tierarzt, wie nicht mehr benötigte Arzneimittel zu entsorgen sind. Diese Maßnahmen

dienen dem Umweltschutz.

Pfizer Canada has advised Health Canada that, in a very small number of cases, some EpiPen (0.3 mg) and EpiPen Jr (0.15 mg) auto-injector devices may not slide out of their carrier tube easily, or at all. This could delay or prevent emergency treatment, possibly leading to patient disability or death.

Komend jaar is er 71 miljard euro beschikbaar voor de zorg. Dat is 5 miljard meer dan dit jaar. De netto zorguitgaven groeien daarmee met 7 procent. Vanwege demografische ontwikkelingen wordt er meer zorg geleverd en er komen meer banen bij in de zorg. Ook zijn er nieuwe behandelingen, medische hulpmiddelen en medicijnen beschikbaar. Bovendien stijgen de lonen en ook de prijzen in de zorgsector. Als de hogere lonen en prijzen niet meegerekend zouden worden, gaat het om een groei van 3,5 procent.
