4. FIRST AID MEASURES

General advice

Remove contaminated clothing immediately and dispose of safely.

Inhalation

Keep patient warm and at rest. If symptoms persist, call a physician. Move to fresh air.

Skin contact

Wash off thoroughly with plenty of water and soap, if available with polyethyleneglycol 400,

subsequently rinse with water. If symptoms persist, call a physician.

Eye contact

In case of eye contact, remove contact lens and rinse immediately with plenty of water, also

under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if irritation develops and

persists.

Ingestion

If symptoms persist, call a physician. Do NOT induce vomiting. Risk of product entering the

lungs on vomiting after ingestion. Rinse out mouth and give water in small sips to drink.

Notes to Physician

Symptoms

salivation, shortness of breath, lethargy, respiratory disorder, The product causes irritation of

eyes, skin and mucous membranes.

Treatment

Treat symptomatically.

Gastric lavage is not normally required. If a significant amount (more than a mouthful) has been

ingested, administer activated charcoal and sodium sulphate.

There is no specific antidote.
