Before milking,
sanitise plant
with a solution of
UNIPHOR,
following label
directions.
Ensure all
residues have been thoroughly removed.
After milking , cold rinse plant, using 7 Litres per set
of cups.
MORNING: Wash plant with a solution of
EXCEL
Acid,
following label
directions.
EVENING: Wash plant with a solution of
EXCEL
ALKA
at 20 mL per 10 Litres of
hot water (85°C),
using 7 Litres per set of cups.
"ln hard water conditions,
this rate should be increased to 50 mL per 10 Litres .
Rinse plant
with hot water (>85°C),
using 7 Litres per unit.

STORAGE

Store in the closed original
container in a cool,
well
ventilated area .
Do NOT store for
prolonged periods in direct

pressure rinse containers before disposal. Add rinsings to prepared
products .
Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on site .
If recycling , replace cap and return clean containers to recycler or
designated collection point.
If not recycling,
break,
crush or puncture
and bury empty containers in a local authority land fill. If no
landfill is available,
bury the containers below 500 mm in a disposa l pit specifically
marked for this purpose clear of waterways,
desirable vegetation and tree roots. Empty containers and product
should not
be burnt.

EYE
If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with
running water. Continue flushing until advised to
stop by the PIC or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes.
SKIN
If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush
skin and hair with running water. Continue
flushing with water until advised to stop by the Poisons Information
Centre or a doctor.
INHALATION
If inhaled, remove from contaminated area. To protect rescuer, use a
Full-face Type B (Inorganic and acid gas)
respirator or an Air-line respirator. Apply artificial respiration if
not breathing.
INGESTION
For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor (at
once). If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.
